Kitchen & Bath Designer / Salesperson

We are Western Canada's leading luxury Kitchen and Bath Company and we are seeking experienced senior designers to compliment our staff in both Calgary and Vancouver and help drive our sales efforts. Our fast-paced business requires exceptional sales designers who are self-motivated and innovative in kitchen and bath designs along with a proven track record in sales. We have recently completed a significant showroom renovation showcasing a complete selection of premium luxury house products to assist and inspire you in the design process. You will be working with our prestigious clientele and continuing our tradition of creating award-winning kitchen and bathroom designs.

The successful candidate will be self motivated and driven by a desire to serve the customer. Kitchen design and sales experience is a must. Experience and proficiency with design software (AutoCAD or AutoKitchen) is a necessary requirement for this position. We expect the best and initially compensate with an excellent base salary and as you build your clientele we transition you to a generous commission structure and an attractive benefits package. Kitchen Designer / Draftsperson

We are seeking an experienced Designer/Draftsperson to compliment our staff in Calgary. Our fast-paced business requires exceptional designers who are self-motivated and innovative in kitchen and bath designs. You will be working with our prestigious clientele and continuing our tradition of creating award-winning kitchen and bath designs.

Qualified candidates will:

• Have 4+ years experience in kitchen design
• Be knowledgeable of all aspects of kitchen design
• Prepare accurate proposals for the Sales People to present to the clients
• Possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and sketch meticulous kitchen and bath layouts
• Be proficient in AutoCAD or AutoKitchen
• 2020 experience is an asset, but not necessary
• Possess a drive to improve systems and implement change
• Excellent time management skills, with a keen understanding of the need to meet deadlines
• The ability to multi-task

You will be working side by side our highly experienced Designer/Sales People in creating award-winning kitchen and bathroom designs for houses located throughout Western Canada. Ensuring accurate design interpretation, providing concepts as required and production drawings that are accurately is a must.
